Glorious Garden is a Great Getaway
The Well-being garden at the Vale is in full bloom just now, offering a wonderfully calming environment for patients, visitors and staff to use.
And that’s in no small part thanks to the hard work of a team of volunteers from Work Connect, working with West Dunbartonshire HSCP Rehab and Employability Manager Ingram Wilson.
AHP Consultant, Older People & Stroke Services, Craig Bowman said: “All the hard work put in by the team has really paid off.
“The garden is a place patients can use safely, and it’s particularly useful for our older patients, especially when we get the kind of good weather we’ve had lately.
“And staff are also able to use the space when on a break, so it’s a great asset for everyone here at the Vale.”
