New Allotment Site Opened at Dillichip Loan
More residents are being given the chance to tend to their own garden space after a new allotment site opened.
The plots at Dillichip Loan offer people who stay in West Dunbartonshire a chance to have their own plot of land to grow the likes of flowers, herbs or vegetables.
In total, there are 57 plots with around half already having been let. The plots are serviced with water, fencing and access pathways.
They also have storage so plot-holders can keep tools on-site safely and a learning area provides the opportunity for schools to be able to visit and find out more about the benefits of growing.
